INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are incorporated in Panama and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your Personal Information may be stored or transferred to other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country. If you are considered a “data subject” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), then we will handle your Personal Information in accordance with the GDPR.

If we transfer Personal Information which originates in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and/or the United Kingdom to a country that has not been found to provide an adequate level of protection under applicable data protection laws, one of the safeguards we may use to support such transfer is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
