The specific EraTree entity responsible for your Personal Information depends on your location:

  • If you reside in Canada, EraTree Technologies Inc. is the data controller.

  • If you reside in the United States, EraTree Inc. is the data controller.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are incorporated in Panama and may use service providers that operate in other countries.
